P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Canada, and other countries may require additional shipping fees. Please contact a member of our team for detailed shipping charges.
As per eBay policy, we will not accept a request to change a shipping address once payment has been made.
We make every attempt to process and ship orders with-in 24-hours of receiving the completed order. In some cases, we may require up to two business days for order processing. Should this be the case a team member will reach out to buyer and notify them of the processing delay.
Orders returned by carrier due to an undeliverable shipping address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or refused package will be inspected and a refund will be processed. In such cases a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Orders placed with a PO Box address for products that do not ship to PO Box address will be canceled and refunded.

Products showing misuse, mishandling, or signs of physical damage will not be warrantied and will be returned to customer at customers expense.

Returns can be made fast and easy using the eBay return process. Simply navigate to your “Purchase History” and locate the order placed. From there you will be able to select to start a return. Once you have started the return eBay will notify us and we will authorize. Please note Authorization of Return does not guarantee a refund will be processed or that your return will be accepted. Once we have received the returned item our tech team will inspect and confirm of any issues. If a refund / exchange is approved one will be provided with-in 48-hours of receiving returned item. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping when return does not fall under our Pre-Paid Returns policy.
