The AXSUB-CH8 utilizes Axxess Add-A-Sub™ technology to provide a dedicated low-frequency signal directly from the factory audio system. It features a 2-channel non-fading 5V RMS output with a fixed 234Hz low-pass crossover, delivering a clean, optimized bass signal for an aftermarket subwoofer amplifier while preserving the performance of the factory speakers.
Installation is fast and straightforward using the included vehicle-specific T-harness, allowing the interface to connect at the radio location without cutting or modifying factory wiring. A dash-mountable bass level control knob is included, giving drivers convenient adjustment of subwoofer output from the driver's seat.
The AXSUB-CH8 also provides a 250mA remote turn-on output to activate an aftermarket amplifier and features Micro-B USB update capability for future firmware updates and expanded vehicle compatibility.
