Returns are accepted for a refund or exchange within 60 Days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in its original condition and include all original packaging. 

How does the return process work?

Step 1 – Call, Email or Login

Start your return by calling us at 1.866.859.0896, emailing returns@avleaderz.com or by logging into your account for an RA# (Return Authorization Number).

Step 2 - Pack Carefully and Return Complete 

Please secure returns and/or exchanges in the original manufacturer's packaging and include all original manufacture’s accessories and manuals. We ask that you not ship the item back by placing a return label on the original manufacture’s packaging. Please double box the item be returned and pack securely. Items received well packaged and without any damages are likely to not incur any restocking fees. 

Step 3 - Ship the item back to us

Ship your return to the address provided with your RA#. If a pre-paid return label is being provided, please ship with the carrier stated in the return instructions. For all other shipments, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method as AVLeaderz will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items being returned. If you received a shipping label with your RA#, affix the label to the outside of your shipping box and drop it off at the designated drop-off center.

Once your return is received, we will inspect the returned item and provide an update once we have completed this process. We will than process a refund to the original payment method (less any return or restocking fees). Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued within 72 hours of receiving a return.

What if you want to exchange your product?

If you are wanting to set up a product exchange, call us. When calling us, please indicate you would like your product exchanged instead of receiving a refund. If you choose a product of a lesser value, you will receive a partial refund less applicable shipping and return costs. If you exchange your product for one of higher value you will be charged the difference between your refund amount less any applicable shipping and return costs, and the cost of the new item(s). 

Northern California Customers

Live in Northern California? Our headquarters is located in Sacramento and is fully stocked. For the convenience of our local customers, merchandise ordered online may be returned to our Sacramento facility. Please package all materials as stated above and have your invoice with you. Please note, orders returned in person will still require an RA#. 

Received a product that has a defect?

Products deemed to be defective and with-in our 60-day guarantee may be exchanged for a new, working unit. For defects being reported outside of the 60-day guarantee period, we will be happy to help you obtain warranty service through the manufacturer.

Received a product that shows signs of damage during transport?

Please call us right way if you receive an order that shows signs of damage, 1.866.859.0896. Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of being delivered to ensure a replacement or refund can be issued. For more information about our shipping policy please click here.

*Return Fees

Freight & Oversize Return Fees: Items originally shipped via free scheduled deliveryrequire special shipping and will incur return fees (starting at $150). Restocking Fees: In the event merchandise is returned without its original packaging, was previously installed, has missing parts, has a missing or different serial number from the one shipped, or is damaged during return shipment due to improper packing, a partial refund may be given, or the return may be refused.

Refused Shipments: Packages refused for any reason other than shipping damages will be subject to return fees.

Cancelled Orders: Orders has have been processed and shipped cannot be canceled. Please contact our support team at 1.866.859.0896 for an RA# (Return Authorization Number).
