Like the CS Series, the KS is designed to be a simply drop in speaker upgrade for most vehicles. This speeds up install time and reduces the guessing game of will it fit. Components used in the KS Series create a noticeable sound difference between the CS and KS Series. Most notably a Silk Dome Tweeter versus the PEI material used in the CS Series. Additionally, the KS Series uses a Rubber Woofer Surround, where the CS Series uses a Polyester Foam surround. What does all this mean to you? Get better sound quality and stay with-in budget.
