Alpine Introduces it's next generation of "Halo" Car Stereos

It's 2022 and we have a look into the next generation of Alpine's Halo Digital Multimedia Receivers. This year Alpine will be releasing two models to replace the current models, iLX-F409 and iLX-F411, the Alpine iLX-F509 and the iLX-F511. With this upgrade, Alpine Fanatics will get a long awaited feature - Wireless CarPlay and Wireless Android Auto.

Alpine initially introduced Wireless CarPlay on the iLX-107. At the time the iLX-107 was the only available option for Wireless CarPlay, no other options existed with this feature. After the iLX-107, Wireless CarPlay was removed from all models from Alpine. Now, finally, Alpine has re-entered the Wireless CarPlay market and added Wireless Android Auto to the iLX-F509 and iLX-F511. But that's not the only options added. The 2022 version will also add High-Resolution Audio Playback and High-Resolution Display. Another feature added to the new Halo Receivers is the ability to add on-board GPS navigation. This can be done simply by using the optional Alpine KTX-NS01 (sold separately).

Alpine has always been at the forefront of Mobile Entertainment technology. The new additional to the Halo family keeps this trend going.
